Instructions for well drill use
This well drill is stable and simple to operate. Screw the grab handle and drill together with the enclosed screws and nuts (13 mm wrench size). Now place the drill at an appropriate location on the ground and rotate clockwise with a little pressure on the drill. The drill should pull itself into the ground. If it's difficult to turn, pull the drill up and remove the cuttings from the auger. Repeat this procedure until have reached the proper depth. Continue to place extensions between them and screw them together to reach the depth.
The drill may become jammed. This usually happens only when there are stones in the ground. Try turning it in the opposite direction and wiggling it a little to get it loose again. It can go easily or with difficulty depending on soil conditions. Pull the drill out and lay it aside for the next use after you've reached the proper depth.

Driven wells with simultaneous riser
Now you can place the well pipe. We recommend a drive filter of about 1.25 inches, commensurate pipe couplings (for connection) and extension pipes, a check valve of at least 1 inch or greater, a gravel pre-filter, an appropriate automatic priming pump, hemp and Fermit, and possible also connecting elements. All of these are obtainable in hardware stores.
There are drive points with diameters of 1.25", 1.5" and 2". Additional filter extensions can be screwed onto the drive point with the filter slots. However, it is absolutely necessary to ensure that 1.5 to 2 meters of ground water is present above the topmost filter unit. If the distance is too small, ground air will enter the filter slot during pump operation and can result in filter clogging. It is absolutely necessary to ensure 100% leak-tightness with all threaded joints and connections.
Screw the proper extensions onto the drive filter. Using the pipe couplings, hemp and Fermit, drive the pipe still deeper into the borehole. Pay attention that you don't damage the connection thread. Plumb the depth using a string and e.g. a nut. Find out the pipe's maximum depth. Make a knot in the cord at that place. Pull the cord out a little and try to find the water level in the pipe by letting the cord go and paying attention to when it splashes. It should amount to about 1 m to at least 2 m with a drive filter. Now screw the reducer above onto the pipe. Connect it to the filter, then to the check valve (note suction direction), and then to the pump. If everything is leak-tight, water should be sucked out after turning on the pump. This only works when there's water in the pump. The first time, you'll still find small stones and sand in the filter. Clean repeatedly. It takes a certain amount of time before the water runs clear and sufficient quantity is available. Veins must first be formed and the path flushed out.
